Quality craftsmanship- love this bag! Stylish and sturdy, which was exactly what I was looking for. She even customized it for me by changing the color and fastener- very understanding and flexible seller. The only reason I can't give it five stars is because the backpack straps tend to spontaneously come unbuckled on the bottom, causing the backpack to fall off. I fixed the issue with a little bit of glue, but this wouldn't be a good solution for anyone who might want to adjust the straps in the future. Aside from that, I'm on love with it! Hope to get years of use out of it!
